Group Exercise Classes:

Parkinson's Disease Class

Parkinson's disease based exercise class for people diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Parkinson's Plus Disorders. The class is run by 2 Physiotherapists who are trained in PD Warrior and LVST techniques of exercise. The class includes mobility training, strengthening, balance and coordination training with a small cardiac component. 

Low Level Maintenance Class

 Low level strength and conditioning class tailored to over 55s up to 90 years old. Seated and standing exercises - no getting on the floor. Walkers and sticks welcome!

High Level Maintenance Class

 High level strength and conditioning class tailored to over 55s up to 90 year olds. High level strengthening including getting on and off the floor independently

Low Level Balance Class

 Low level balance training class tailored to over 55s up to 90 year olds. Seated and standing exercises targeting all types of balance including moving, lifting items and walking outdoors - no getting on the floor. Walkers and sticks welcome!

High Level Balance Class

 High level balance training class tailored to over 55s up to 90 year olds. Seated and standing exercises targeting all types of balance including moving, lifting items and walking outdoors, getting on and off the floor, obstacle courses and low vision training.
