Hi! My name is Rebekah and I started Jervis Bay Physiotherapy as I wanted to do more.
My mission is to give everyone quality physiotherapy with the aim to achieve YOUR goals and improve YOUR quality of life.
I graduated from Australian Catholic University (North Sydney) with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017.
I have worked in a wide range of areas including; post operative care, ICU/HDU, rehabilitation, musculoskeletal outpatient care, casting/splinting, hand therapy, women's health (pre and post natal included), NDIS, worker's compensation/CTP, DVA and private health care.
I am also on the APA NSW Neurological Board. My role as a committee member allows me to improve education for other physiotherapists in NSW and be up to date with the latest evidence, technology and needs of clients with neurological conditions.
My passions are Women's Health, Neurological Physiotherapy and the everyday Athlete!
Nathan graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2017.
Nathan chose to be a physiotherapist due to the many injuries he suffered through playing sports when he was younger and wanted to help people keep active through their recovery and get them back to their sport of activity as quick as possible.
Since graduating Nathan has been working with a wide variety of clients including clients who were injured playing sport or looking to build up their athleticism, suffering from strokes and brain injuries, older people preparing for hiking and cycling adventures and young people developing strength in and out of the gym.
Nathan enjoys treating clients who are looking to return to sport, work or activities they've given up due to injuries or "age". Nathan currently sees clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
